The Chamber’s Titan Awards are its most prestigious honor, recognizing individuals who demonstrate long-term commitment, civic engagement and exceptional impact in Utah.

They celebrate significance,” said Jay Francis, president and CEO of the South Valley Chamber. “They honor leaders whose vision, service and commitment to others create meaningful change and leave our community stronger for generations to come.”

Recipients will be honored at the 17th annual Titan Awards ceremony at The Grand America Hotel on Oct. 27, 2026. More than 600 of Utah’s business leaders, community partners and local officials are expected to gather to celebrate the accomplishments of this year’s honorees.

About Fraser Bullock:

One of the most influential leaders in Olympic sport, Fraser Bullock has helped shape the culture of sport across Utah. His Utah journey began in 1999, setting aside a very successful business career to answer a call from Salt Lake Organizing Committee CEO Mitt Romney to help lead the 2002 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games as chief operating officer and chief financial officer. After successful tenures at Bain & Company, Bain Capital, and corporate leadership positions, he moved to Utah and played a vital role in the success of the 2002 Winter Games. His insightful operational and financial leadership contributed to the Games generating a $100 million profit, which went back into support of its legacy venues as thriving community sport centers.

Since 2002, he served as a partner at Sorenson Capital and in board roles for a host of global companies, all the while staying closely connected with Olympic and Paralympic sport. With the experience he gained in 2002, he was frequently called upon by the International Olympic Committee and the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee for his vast knowledge, serving as a volunteer in a broad range of governance and advisory roles for Games in Torino, Vancouver, Sochi and Rio, as well as on missions to optimize the costs of the Games and ensure the long-term financial stability of the Movements in the USA.

With the opportunity to bring the Games back to Utah, he stepped up again to volunteer his time and leadership skills as the president and CEO of the successful Salt Lake City-Utah 2034 bid, leading the presentation to the IOC in Paris in 2024, after which Utah was awarded the 2034 Games. Today, he serves as President and Executive Chair of the Organizing Committee for the 2034 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games. Under his leadership, Utah’s Olympic Legacy has grown to benefit communities across the State of Utah, and provided unique opportunities for its youth.

For his 2002 Olympic service, Bullock received the Olympic Order in Gold from the International Olympic Committee – the IOC’s highest honor. In 2016 he was recognized with induction into the Utah Technology Hall of Fame for his contribution to the Utah’s technology and entrepreneurial infrastructure. Utah Business honored him in 2016 as its Outstanding Director Honoree for his board and governance leadership, and later as its 2024 Business Leader of the Year for his work in bringing the Games back to Utah.

Bullock holds a Bachelor’s degree in economics and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Brigham Young University (BYU). He lives with his wife, Jennifer, in Alpine, and they are the parents of five children and twelve grandchildren. An avid skier, he is frequently found on the slopes in Park City.

About Jim Olson:

Jim Olson serves as president of the Utah Jazz for Smith Entertainment Group (SEG). In this position, he provides strategic leadership for the organization’s assets, including the Utah Jazz, Utah Mammoth, Delta Center, SEG Media, and the Salt Lake City Stars. In addition to overseeing daily business operations, Olson manages significant construction projects, including the multi-year renovation of the Delta Center and the development of practice facilities for both the Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth.

Olson joined the Utah Jazz in 1994 and has held multiple positions during his tenure, including vice president of ticket sales (2003-06), senior vice president of sales and marketing (2006-2013), chief operating officer of LHMSE (2013-15), and president of Vivint Arena (2015-2019). Within one year of being named president of LHMSE in October 2019, he played a critical role in helping the organization achieve two major wins. First, he helped the Utah Jazz win the bid to host the 2023 NBA All-Star Game, and in fall 2020, he supported a seamless transition of ownership when Ryan Smith purchased the company from LHMSE, a move that kicked off a new era for the Utah Jazz.

Currently, Olson serves on the Utah Olympic Legacy Foundation board and the Salt Lake Chamber Board of Governors. He has also served on the University of Utah’s Alumni Association Board of Directors and Crimson Club Board, as well as on the boards of the Downtown Alliance, Visit Salt Lake, and Camp Kostopulos.
